As you can see from the picture above, you have 27 slots in your bag. And on the left of figures 10/27, there is a small window (slot), it is used to temporarily reserve the items once your bag is full.
How can i keep more items in my bag? You can get more slots from NPC, and of course, it would cost you extra aion gold.
