ArenaNet designer Matt Wuerffel introduces some upcoming changes to the achievements system including new rewards and new user interface in Guild Wars 2 in the latest official blog.

In the upcoming release, a reward structure to achievement points is added. As you complete achievements and increase your achievement score, you’ll unlock new, exclusive rewards for your account. Don’t worry – the system is retroactive! Every point that you’ve earned while adventuring across Tyria will count towards exciting rewards.

In addition to the new reward structure, the team has revamped the achievements panel UI to make it easier than ever to dig into the achievements system. There are some big changes in the Summary page, Details page and Watch list. Head for the official website to read the complete update.
