1. Login your account on game site   http://www.archeage.com/

And click the button in the red square as the picture below

2.Click the button in qurare as the picture shows

3. click the button and choose the character that you want to use to get the item .

4.click to confirm

5.confirm again, and you can login the character you chose just now to get the item from game mailbox.
