Minimum:

* Pentium 4 2.8ghz, AMD Athlon 2800
* 512 mb RAM
* GeForce 5700, Radeon 9600


Recommended:

* Pentium 4 3.0ghz, AMD Athlon 64 3000
* 1 gb RAM
* GeForce 6600, Radeon x1550

The specifications are a little higher than before, but nothing too drastic to most of players.
